🌤 Summer (April–June)
Clothing
- 2–3 quick-dry full-sleeve T-shirts
- 2 trekking pants (convertible preferred)
- Lightweight fleece jacket; wind/rain shell
- Cap/bandana; optional light thermals (high altitude nights)
- UV sunglasses
Footwear
- Waterproof ankle-support trekking shoes
- 2 cotton + 2 wool socks; flip-flops for camp
Toiletries & Accessories
- SPF 50+ sunscreen, lip balm, moisturizer
- Biodegradable soap, toothbrush/paste, wipes
- 2 L hydration; trekking pole(s); headlamp
Medicines
- General: Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, ORS, band-aids, antiseptic cream
- Specific: Cetirizine for pollen; Aloe gel for sunburn
- Altitude: Diamox 125 mg (doctor-advised)

- 2 waterproof trekking pants
- Warm fleece/pullover; rain jacket/poncho (≥5000 mm)
- Backpack rain cover; microfiber towel

- Waterproof high-ankle shoes + gaiters
- Extra socks in waterproof bags

- Insect/leech repellent; waterproof pouch for phone/docs
- Power bank; rainproof camera cover
Medicines
- General: Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, ORS, cold tablets
- Specific: Antifungal powder; salt spray for leeches
